Οι τιμές εξακολουθούν να παραμένουν κάτω από τον πυθμένα του 1ου κύματος και κάτω από το κατά 38,2% επίπεδο διόρθωσης διαμορφώνοντας ένα σχηματισμό που όσο περνάει ο χρόνος τόσο πιο πολύ μοιάζει με τον σχηματισμό σημαίας (Flag Formation).

Στο 80% των περιπτώσεων ο σχηματισμός αυτός επιλύεται καθοδικά.
